Affordable Walk in Shower Cubicles

Nobody minds saving a little cash when trying to decorate their home although we don’t like to buy cheap if it means we are going to get inferior quality products that don’t last as long as we would like.

The current fashion in bathroom design means that many of us are opting for the convenience and usability of walk in showers. Given that such things can turn out to be expensive it can be handy to do a little research to find a walk in shower cubicle that comes in at a more economical price point than the most expensive items in the stores.

You can actually find good quality walk in shower cubicles for as little as $250, but you’ll have to add another $50 for a shower head. The digital consoles and all the fancy gear are expensive, but you don’t have to have all that to get clean. Since these units are self contained you need not buy a tray or panels or doors separately.

Everything you need is included in these walk in shower enclosure kits (except the tap and shower head). You don’t have to tile the back wall unless you want to. Add a personal touch by getting a small wooden bench ($10 -$15) and put some pumice stones on the floor ($10). Pumice rock is great because it’s light and won’t damage the tray and can double as foot scrubbers. (Now add $50 for a plumber) The total cost = about $370.

As you can see its possible to get yourself fashionable quality for a very reasonable price which will allow you to get so much more out of your bathroom than a regular shower.
