  • Are You Tired of Boring Bath Tubs

While most folks are very comfortable with a standard tub, a growing number are looking for more choices. Designer tubs may cost a bit more, and in some cases a whole lot more but to many people the extra cost is more than worth it due to an great bathing experience.

The new modern style of tubs come in more varieties than I can discuss in these few short paragraphs, and the materials they are built from also vary widely. Even some older traditional style tubs are getting a new look, not just the new designer tubs.

Both walk in tubs and even handicap tubs are entering the realm of modern design. Many of these newer tubs even come with seats, and while deeper than most tubs, this makes it possible for the individual to not have to sit all the way at the bottom.

One of the most popular styles of tub is the deep soaking tub which allows the user to bathe far more than just the lower part of their body. The main advantage of these deeper tubs is that you can soak virtually your entire body from a seated position. The Japanese are very well known for making some of the best but also most expensive soaking tubs, but if cost is a factor there are certainly quality tubs that will not break the bank.

People who have limited space have flocked to the smaller tub market, specifically corner tubs and corner hot tubs. These tubs often are still large enough to fit two or three people into them and are often soaking or whirlpool style tubs.

Hot tubs have become another popular option for those who are on a limited budget. The average small hot tub can stil easily fit three or four people while costing a lot less. And believe it or not, many of them are portable so you can move them if you so choose.

Jacuzzi tubs are also another popular choice and the pricing can range from affordable to super high end depending on the options you order. The soaking tubs tend to be on the overall lower end of the price ranges but as a standard guide, the larger and more features you add, the more costly your tub will become.
