Eight Question to Ask Before Buying a Whirlpool Tub
Posted on September 13th, 2009 1 commentWhirlpool tubs are becoming increasingly common in master baths and on larger decks all over the world. So before you take the plunge and order one, here are a few questions to ask to ensure you buy the right Whirlpool Tub for your needs.
Is it safe? Make sure the tub you choose has non-slip steps, grab bars, and other safety features.
Is it easy to clean? Air jet tubs are easier to maintain; with water jets, even a little water left in the pipes can breed bacteria.
How many jets? Whirlpool tubs come with an endless array of jets and options.
Is it comfortable? A tub can have a huge array of massaging jets, but if the seats themselves aren’t comfortable, you won’t enjoy it.
Will it fit? Some tubs don’t disassemble completely-so you’ll need to be sure the one you choose will fit through your bathroom door.
Is it heavy? Especially if you’re installing your whirlpool tub in a second floor bathroom, weight should be a concern.
Does it have a low-water sensor? A low-water sensor keeps the motor from wearing itself out circulating a low level of water.
Does it have an internal heater? Some tubs come with internal heaters that keep the water warm while it’s circulating or while the air is being pumped through.
Do your research; measure your space; and try out a large number of whirlpool tubs. If you do, you’re more likely to find the perfect fit for your space and your budget.

I’m not interested in informatics. This fault could be very costly, but thanks to your advice I can make it work with no help.
